Trust the Process of Life!

June 9th, 2011

What can we do in our lives so we can live in a more joyful way?  One way is to inspire the body so you have a positive attitude.  We must learn to trust the process because when we do we are much more likely to live in the moment.  We need to stop looking back at what was but need to look ahead at what is.  How can I get the most out of this present moment?  How do we go deeper into our heart?  How do we carry a greater consciousness?  Doing things that change your emotions, feelings, and attitude is part of the answer.  Laugh, change that attitude of yours by knowing life works out, and just enjoy life in the moment.  Trust that everything is working out for your highest good.  I believe that trust is one of the most important things we can do to raise our consciousness to a new level.  We feel safe when we have trust.

What I learned from living through the ups and downs of my life is to trust the process.  Think of things in your past that were painful at the time of happening but later on were for the good of us.  We grew emotionally stronger and wiser from the experience.  Trust that challenges are making you grow emotionally and spiritually.  Look at obstacle on your path as being adventures and opportunities to grow emotionally and spiritually.

Unhappy thoughts and negative thinking supports disease.  If we turn our thoughts around and into happy thoughts we can often times rid ourselves of disease.  We have all heard the story of the man you laughed his way to being cancer free.  His doctors diagnosed him with terminal cancer and sent him home to die.  He decided he had nothing to lose and spent hours a day laughing by reading happy books and watching comedies on TV and in the movie theater.  After one year of laughing he was diagnosed as being cancer free.  Our thoughts, thinking, and attitude have a very powerful effect upon our body.  By trusting that the challenges in our life cause us to grow spiritually and are for the good of us we can laugh our way through life.  Certainly we can all stop our mind from racing and looking into the future by doing activities to get in the moment and thus change our thoughts.

We have power beyond our wildest imagination. Look around at all the good in your life.  Who created that?  You did and you will create even greater things by getting into your body and using your intuition.  Have gratitude for what is currently in your life, trust the process of life, and have a knowing within yourself that all challenges and obstacles in your life are turning into something better.  To me, energy is the same as vibration, as everything is made up of energy and has a vibration to it.  Every one of us has a certain vibration.  We can change our vibration by what we do.  Remember that the vibration of hatred and negativity is a much lower vibration that the vibration of happiness and love.  Lower energy can leave your body open to be attacked and ravaged by disease.  Do not go down this path as raising our vibration is only a thought and breath away.

I know it is not a simple journey to become emotionally awake and present in each moment.  It requires that we change our beliefs, cultural spells, and our lifestyle.  The payoffs though are so rewarding that once you get on a path to wake up you do not want to get off of it.  We all were given a guidance system that moves us in the right direction.  We just need to slow the mind down and get into our bodies so we can hear our God given intuitive voice.  Remember you must listen for this guidance.  Learn and practice the methods that work for you.  It takes courage, conviction, trust, and focus to move forward.  Don’t become paralyzed by life.  I love the saying “I am willing to die in order to live.”  So much of a part of me had to die before I felt alive.  I had to get rid of my family culture, my beliefs, and learn to trust the process of life.
